Julie Spangler has been the keyboardist for the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra since 1991 and a faculty member at the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, where she serves as a music director, arranger, and accompanist for Musical Theater.
The Faux Frenchmen have been bringing their distinctive music of Hot Club-inspired gypsy jazz to audiences across Cincinnati and the Eastern and Midwestern United States since 2002.
Rick Sowash is a local composer you’ve heard often on WGUC. We excited to share a new piece titled, “For Golden Friends I Had.” Special thanks to Rick and oboist Yo Shionoya for this performance.
Ariadne Antipa is a pianist, conductor, poet and educator residing in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has toured the United States and several countries throughout Europe and Africa as a performer and pedagogue.
