The Phil DeGreg Trio has been a cornerstone of the Cincinnati jazz scene since 1988. Led by pianist Phil DeGreg, the trio has been a longtime favorite among local audiences and a fixture at venues across southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. They have held a weekly residency at Dee Felice Café in Covington, Kentucky since 2009, bringing classic and contemporary jazz to the community every Sunday night. The trio features Aaron Jacobs on bass and John Taylor on drums. Both are highly respected musicians and educators at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Together, the trio keeps Cincinnati’s jazz tradition alive, combining skilled musicianship with a shared passion for performance and community.
