Experience

Valerie Abbott joined Cincinnati Public Radio after WNKU closed its doors. Before that, Valerie worked at Temple University for 13 years, becoming an Associate Athletic Director during her time there.  Before and after that worked in marketing in the entertainment industry, responsible for multi-million-dollar ad budgets promoting artists such as Bruce Springsteen, U2, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, and hundreds of others.
