I started my broadcast career working in engineering, then production for WDKY-TV in Lexington, followed by a three-year stint in promotions at WTVR-TV in Richmond, Virginia.  After that, I moved on to WSTR-TV in Cincinnati as a Promotions Writer/Producer, then promoted to Creative Services Director.  Then it was on to Denver as Managing Producer in the on-air promotions department of Hallmark Entertainment’s international division for the Hallmark Channel and The Kermit Channel (as in the Frog).  From there, it was back to WSTR in Cincinnati as Promotion Director and Regional Promotion Director for Sinclair Broadcasting.  I switched to sales at Clear Channel in 2003, then joined the underwriting department at Cincinnati Public Radio in 2005.
